Sussex Insurance – Penticton (Inside Walmart) located at 275 Green Ave W is currently seeking experienced Autoplan Agents (Level 1, 2, or 3) who are confident and knowledgeable in all aspects of Autoplan transactions. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional looking for flexible scheduling, a supportive team environment, and competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all Autoplan transactions, including renewals, transfers, cancellations, and new policies
  • Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with ICBC and company policies
  • Maintain organized and confidential client records

Qualifications

  • Valid Autoplan Agent Level 1, 2, or 3 license
  • Experience in all aspects of Autoplan transactions
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
