Autoplan Office Manager – Full-Time
Sussex Insurance (inside Walmart), 2991 10th Ave SW, is looking for an experienced Autoplan Office Manager. Competitive wage and benefit package provided.The right candidate will possess the skills outlined below as well as have a strong desire to take the business to the next level of growth and will actively seek out sales initiatives for growth potential. Making sure our customers are provided with the best customer experience will be a priority.
- level two license or higher
- minimum one year of management experience
- full knowledge of Policy Centre and other insurance-related products (excluding home and business)
- assist in counter sales for Autoplan and other insurance products when necessary
- Responsible for hiring and terminating employees
- ability to train new employees and mentor all staff for customer service and cross-sell initiatives
- set target’s and goals and monitor for success
- monthly reporting
- must have strong work ethics and be detail oriented
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude/team player
- Knowledge of ICBC batching and Autolink necessary
- ability to multi-task and efficient time management skills
